Youth Empowerment & Skill Development

The primary difficulty in Indian society and the workplace is the persistence of disparities and exclusion among young women and girls in general and men and boys from disadvantaged families. Second, the challenge is that the kids need more market-relevant employment skills. Third, creating jobs for talented kids is a difficulty.  Seva NGO encourages young men and women to enter the labor sector by offering suitable skills based on market demands. It also guarantees that excellent vocational training and job placement are available to socially and geographically disadvantaged and excluded populations.

It helps young people build resilience and effectively engage in respectable jobs based on their preferences and circumstances.
