Udaan
Empowering Girls, Transforming Communities
SEVA’s Udaan Project empowers adolescent girls and young women in rural Parbhani to become confident, informed, and independent individuals.
Through interactive sessions, leadership development, confidence-building activities, and community engagement, the project addresses critical issues such as gender equality, education, health and hygiene, child marriage, legal awareness, and decision-making. Udaan also works closely with parents, teachers, frontline workers, and Gram Panchayats to create a supportive environment for girls and young women.
The project reaches both school-going and out-of-school girls, helping them express their aspirations, challenge gender stereotypes, develop leadership skills, and participate actively in their communities.
Udaan is building a future where every girl has the confidence, knowledge, and support to make informed choices and shape her own life.
Support projects that create long-term community change.
SEVA’s projects protect children, empower girls and women, improve access to healthcare and education, strengthen preparedness, support vulnerable families and build cleaner, healthier communities.
