Child Care and Protection
SEVA works to ensure that children are safe, protected and able to grow with dignity and hope. Our interventions focus on preventing and responding to abuse, exploitation, trafficking, child labour, child marriage and other forms of harm affecting children.
We work to ensure timely protection, coordinated response, legal support, psychosocial care and rehabilitation for children in vulnerable situations. Our approach brings together children, families, communities, law enforcement agencies, Child Welfare Committees (CWC), District Child Protection Units (DCPU) and other stakeholders to strengthen protection mechanisms.
Our focus is not only on responding to individual cases but also on creating protective environments and stronger child protection systems at the grassroots level, so that children can live safely, exercise their rights and realise their full potential.
Support projects that create long-term community change.
SEVA’s projects protect children, empower girls and women, improve access to healthcare and education, strengthen preparedness, support vulnerable families and build cleaner, healthier communities.
