Women Empowerment and Livelihood
SEVA works towards creating an environment where women are empowered, economically independent and able to make informed decisions about their lives and futures. Our interventions recognise women as active agents of change within their families and communities.
The focus includes strengthening confidence, leadership, financial awareness, skills and access to livelihood opportunities, enabling women to improve their economic security and participate meaningfully in household and community decision-making.
SEVA promotes opportunities for women to develop income-generating skills, entrepreneurship and sustainable livelihoods, while building awareness of available resources, services and entitlements. Special attention is given to women from vulnerable and disadvantaged communities who face social and economic barriers.
Through community engagement and partnerships, SEVA seeks to strengthen women’s voice, agency, economic resilience and leadership, contributing to more equitable, self-reliant and resilient families and communities.
