Access to Justice

Protecting Children. Preventing Exploitation. Ensuring Justice.

Every child deserves to grow up in a safe, protective and dignified environment. Through its Access to Justice – Child Protection initiative, SEVA works to protect vulnerable children from sexual abuse, child marriage, trafficking, exploitation and child labour.

Our support extends from prevention and timely intervention to rescue, legal support, rehabilitation and reintegration, ensuring that children and their families are not left alone during difficult times.

Our Impact at a Glance

  • 260 child sexual abuse cases supported
  • 270 child marriages prevented
  • 960 missing and trafficked children supported
  • 240 children rescued from child labour
  • 450 villages reached through child marriage prevention initiatives
  • 2,50,000 pledges against child marriage

Our Approach

  • SEVA works across four key areas:

Child Sexual Abuse Support: Legal, emotional and rehabilitation support for affected children and their families.

Child Marriage Prevention: Early identification, community awareness and timely intervention to protect children at risk.

Missing & Trafficked Children: Support for identification, tracing, rescue, restoration and rehabilitation.

Child Labour Rescue & Rehabilitation: Rescue, protection, family counselling, rehabilitation and support for children to return to education.

    From Rescue to Justice

For SEVA, rescue is only the beginning. We work with children, families, communities, Police, government authorities and child protection systems to ensure sustained protection, access to justice and opportunities for a safer future.

Our goal is simple: to build a child-safe society where every child can grow, learn and live with dignity.

Support projects that create long-term community change.

SEVA’s projects protect children, empower girls and women, improve access to healthcare and education, strengthen preparedness, support vulnerable families and build cleaner, healthier communities.
